We specialize in LS/LT Engines

Flag Motorsports has over a decade of experience building every form of LS/LT engines, as well as testing them in performance capacities. We’ve built everything from daily driver 5.3s to Magnuson supercharged LT4s. Our personal cars are LS/LT powered, with engine combinations that change frequently as we seek to experience each type of engine for our applications. Focusing on constantly pushing the limits of parts, tuning, and knowledge is what lets us create reliable and high performance engines for our clients. Each client may have a different desired goal for their motor, but in every engine Flag Motorsports builds you’ll find several common aspects:

  • performance - professional machine work, basic upgrades, and blueprinted measurements will mean that even a stock rebuild will outperform a factory motor in every capacity.

  • reliability - while we would love to build multiple engines for you, we don’t want to have to build the same one multiple times. Flag Motorsports prides itself on reliable, consistent, quality engines that stay running once built.

  • quality - we choose quality parts that are made and machined correctly, and built to last. We strongly prefer USA made components and will always seek to implement parts that strengthen and prolong the life of your engine.

  • craftsmanship - all of our machine work is personally completed in house, and all of our engines are assembled in house by one of two master techs. The only machining process we outsource is cylinder head repair, which is performed by Katech based in Michigan. We pride ourselves in the level of detail our builds receive.
